For years, I immersed myself in the culinary world, working as a chef on superyachts, exploring flavors from across the globe, and crafting experiences that left lasting memories. Later, life took me to the serenity of the countryside, where I spent eight beautiful years growing grapes in a vineyard. Those experiences shaped my understanding of the beauty in simplicity, the power of nature, and the importance of community.

Alchemy is the culmination of those lessons—a place where the art of food meets the magic of human connection. Located in Scarborough, it’s not just a restaurant; it’s a brew house, tea house, tapas bar, and a hub for community events and workshops.
